power clean (60/35)
dumbbell box step up over (45/35)
hand release push-up

Accessory: EMOM 9 min.

Min 1: 15-20 seconds handstand hold (on wall)
Min 2: 30-45 seconds wall sit
Min 3: 15-20 seconds dead hang hold
