WOD:

Team of 2 complete AMRAP in 25 minutes

1) Athlete 1: Deadlift hold (100/50)
    Athlete 2: 30 Wall Ball (9/6)
    then rotate

2) Athlete 1: Dead hang hold
    Athlete 2: 20 Burpee
    then rotate

3) Athlete 1: Plank hold
    Athlete 2: Row 500m  
    then rotate

CORE: EMOM 8 min.

Odd: 15-20 V-up
Even: 20 seconds side plank (right)
          20 seconds side plank  (left)
